The purpose of this paper is to look beyond the tangible drivers to increase stakeholder wealth through human excellence; “the future wave for value creation”. It will focus on a “Working Model” for companies to manage the work life of the workforce by creating Insightful Family Friendly Policy (IFFP) and identify the potential risks and create a Return on Investment (ROI) for implementation of IFFP. The main institutions on which our society has been built – the family – so threatened and uncertain of their roles, that their foundations are crumbling at a fast rate. The world of work is changing. To be competitive , organization must meet these challenges to achieve the best results from there most valuable asset their workforce. Corporate Excellence will be achieved only through Human Excellence. HR Managers has to act as a catalyst in alignment with the business to create stakeholders wealth by creating credibility, efficiency and productivity.

(Hons.) degree from BHU (Varanasi), an MBA from SMS (Varanasi), MIS-IT from IIPM (New Delhi) and FDP from IIM (Kozhikode). She has presented paper in several International and National Conferences. Presented paper internationally in University of Cambridge (UK); The Third Humanity Conference and in International Association of Management Conference at Norfolk (USA) etc. She is actively associated with Institute Academic and Administrative activities, and member of different Management associations and also member of Combined Board of Studies constituted for Academic Administration for MBA (PT) in BIT Mesra. And presently she is Academic Coordinator MBA (PT), Faculty In-Charge Newsletter / Interact Society / Debating society.
